Spanish certified teacher with 2 years experience

My name is Carlos and I’m from Madrid. I studied Communication in university and always enjoyed learning how to communicate better with everybody. After few years living in China I decided to start teaching my native language. My first experiences were great so I made the decision to work as a full time teacher. I love to see how my students evolve and can use the language to deal with every situation. I’m a person that likes to have fun, so I try to bring the most dynamic exercises.of all. of all to the lessons.

I've been teaching for the last two years private lessons, and during the last year at an academy. I've taught to more than 200 students in my life and helped to some of them to do Job interviews, to travel around the world, to live in a Spanish speaking country and to pass the DELE exam.

I'm a native teacher certified by Instituto Cervantes, having the ELE certification (same as a CELTA for Cambridge). During this last year I worked in an academy in Barcelona, teaching expats. For the last months I've been teaching private and group lessons in HCM city.

I teach following the communicative method, doing real life tasks during the lesson and complementing it with homework exercises at home. I like to make my students talk in Spanish during the lesson and to make them practice grammar, writing, listening and speaking. I always adapt the lessons to the students targets and needs.
