It’s my pleasure to introduce myself. I’m Cayzelyn from the Philippines. Currently, I am a teacher at The Asian International School for more than 2 years. I attended and completed a lots of seminars and training that would benefit my chosen field. I am friendly to my students. I am motivated and ambitious and I would like my students to appreciate and understand the importance of English in our daily lives. I believe in a strong communication between a teacher and his students and encourage the children to express their ideas verbally and through writing.

The teaching style that I usually used is student centered. In original usage, student-centered learning aims to develop learner autonomy and independence by putting responsibility for the learning path in the hands of students by imparting to them skills, and the basis on how to learn a specific subject and schemata required to measure up to the specific performance requirement.
