I grew up in Belgium, but have been living abroad for quite some time now.
I love teaching, interacting with students and sharing my corporate experience with others.
I have a lot of experience in customer service management and digital recruiting. I want to help businesses to:
1. Make customer service employees more comfortable to communicate and resolve issues in English, over the phone or via e-mail.
2. Help Vietnamese professionals with setting up their CV and personal branding in English.
3. Increase conversational confidence, with the purpose of making employees comfortable with participating in English speaking conference calls, discussions and meetings.
I mainly want to focus on conversational confidence – simply by making students speak English as much as possible. At the same time, I incorporate customer service management essentials: not only helping the students to improve their English, but helping them to optimize the way they interact with clients.
