Water safety and proper swimming techniques is always useful for kids and learning adults. As an outdoor activity seeker and traveller, I always recommend an individual to learn a skill that may be used in practical situations. There is nothing impossible to overcome when you persuade yourself to learn something new.
I was a varsity athlete in my university. I trained with my team. I also pursued teaching swimming lessons while I was studying and continued after I graduated. I include upper and lower body muscle strengthening and conditioning for better swimming performance.

I have athlete level training knowledge. There were several summer swimming courses that I have participated. Coaching and training kids is one of the most exciting job! I have worked as a personal trainer and swimming coach since 2012. I create strength, power, speed, endurance training program for performance swimmers. I teach kids and adults. First Aid/CPR certified. Certified Fitness Instructor

20% on theoretical lesson and 80% practical application for every session. I explain, demonstrate and let you practice. I teach like a personal trainer. I prefer teaching beginners and I provide challenge to performance athletes and enthusiasts. By the end of every session, you will more likely want to stay in the pool and practise the new skill I will teach every session.
