It’s to catch your attention and a demonstration of human behavior. It’s also an example of what makes me unique as an educator. I specialize in utilizing behavioral science to provide individualized, data-driven teaching strategies.
I believe MOTIVATION is the most important factor in learning. If we think about it, everything we have ever learned was because we wanted to learn it, whether it was because we directly desired it (e.g., an interesting fact, hobby, etc.) or because we wanted something from it (e.g., getting good grades, impressing a date, etc.). In other words, learning is an ACTIVE PROCESS.

Phong cách giảng dạy
I have an educational philosophy based on 3 tenets:
1.DYNAMIC COMMUNICATION - teaching information through a variety of mediums. Students learn best when taught through multi-sensory approaches. In addition, many respond better to one particular form of communication (e.g., textual, verbal, musical, visual, tactile, etc.) than another. Effective educators, like myself, will be able to sense and accommodate those nuances.
2.FLEXIBILITY - constantly adapting to the situation. Not everybody learns the same way. Things are always changing and to teach well one needs to change with them. I am always searching for new, best practices to expand my repertoire.
3.RECIPROCITY -- relationships are most potent when there is some give and take. Motivation is always strengthened through engagement. When students contribute to the process, s/he gains confidence, trust, and more understanding. That reciprocity forms the bedrock of a solid relationship.
My unique background has led me to a method of learning built on goals, metrics, and feedback; the basis for the most successful teaching programs. Using these techniques, I have been able to teach students that range from the unmotivated to the neurologically impaired.
