English & Dutch Tutor – 5 years experience – make fast progress!

Benjamin is a well experienced teacher of various subjects but his specialty is language learning and teaching.  He has a bright personality and is very engaging, charming and enjoyable to be around.  Benjamin teaches ENGLISH (native) and DUTCH (fluent).  Having taught for almost five years, he brings useful skills, professionalism and creativity with him and provides each student a chance to enjoy learning as well as opportunities to work hard and be successful.  He is very positive, reassuring, kind and full of praise.  He believes in working hard and making progress quickly!  As well as teaching, Benjamin is passionate about the performing arts (he is a trained actor), travelling, photography and the ocean.

I have been teaching languages for five years in a professional environment. I have taught over 500 students over the five years and have seen great progress in their learning. Many of my students have gone on to live in English-speaking countries and become successful in colleges and universities across the world. My students make progress quickly.

I am fluent in English (native) and Dutch. I have my TESOL Certificate and have a Higher National Certificate in Theatre which helps me provide an engaging and interesting method of learning. I have languages in The Netherlands, Belgium, England, Scotland and Vietnam.

I usually give lessons to those aged 15+, especially young adults and mature adults of all levels. I use creative ways of tutoring English by allowing students to practice their English in interesting and engaging ways. I use role play activity frequently so that we practice using English in real-life situations. I am enthusiastic, energetic and fun but also a hard-worker who will praise often, encourage and stay very positive. I help people make progress quite quickly.
